Referring Yourself or a Youth to our Programs
If you or a youth you know are interested in joining one of our programs, please call our office number or fill out the contact form on the left side of this page. Please do not leave confidential, legal, individual, or situation details. One of our team members will get back to you within 7 days. We serve youth in the greater Hamilton area.
Our city centre is open at various times for programming and administrative support. To keep a safe place for youth, we ask you contact us before you visit or drop off a donation. Our farm location in Brant County is only open for youth programming.
